Shipping & Delivery – Papi Swim

All orders are shipped from Miami, FL. Our fulfillment schedule runs Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following week.
Example: Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship Monday or Tuesday.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders

For faster delivery, we recommend selecting UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express.
Orders placed before 2 PM EST may ship same day or next business day.

⚠️ Please Note: Due to nationwide USPS staffing shortages, First Class Mail may experience delays.
If your package is lost or mis-delivered, contact us at papiswim@gmail.com. All 2025 orders include shipping insurance, and we will file a claim and replace your items if necessary.

U.S. Shipping Notes:

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will ship the next business day.

  • Express and next-day shipping only apply to weekday orders placed before 2 PM.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or over the weekend will ship Monday.

  • Economy shipping is not guaranteed and may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

  • All shipping timeframes are estimates and subject to carrier delays.

🌍 International Orders

We ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

For Canada, Australia, and the Rest of the World:

⚠️ USPS international services are currently experiencing delays.
We strongly recommend using DHL or UPS for faster and more reliable delivery.

Each order will receive a tracking number once the shipping label is created.

  • Order Processing: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. FREE shipping orders may experience slight delays.

  • If you need your order by a specific date, please select an expedited option at checkout.

  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Papi Swim is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information.
    If returned, the customer must pay for reshipping.

All applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs agents may delay delivery or hold packages at their discretion.
