Returns & Exchanges Policy – Papi Swim

We want you to love your swimwear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and store credit—no refunds will be issued.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges and returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must meet all return qualifications (see below).

  • Strictly no refunds.

  • For hygiene reasons, please try on swim trunks over clean underwear.

✅ Return Qualifications

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Have no visible signs of use (e.g., deodorant or cosmetic stains, scents, hygienic residue)

  • Include all original tags and packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Swimwear that has been worn or has tags removed

  • Any item returned outside the 30-day window

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Color Variations: Due to screen differences, colors may vary slightly and are not considered defects.

  • Print Placement: Print layout may vary between pieces and is not considered a defect.

  • Care Instructions: Exposure to hot tubs, heavily chlorinated pools, or lotions may cause fading or yellowing—this is not a product defect. Please follow care instructions on the label.

📭 Shipping Issues

  • Invalid Addresses: Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address will require the customer to purchase a new shipping label.

🌍 International Orders

  • All international orders may be subject to VAT or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

  • If a package is rejected by the customer, store credit will be issued once the item is returned—no refunds.
